Did you open the tickets under a different account or a different name? I don’t see any tickets opened under your account email address and only 2 tickets back in October of last year under your name. Both of which have been replied to without a reply back from you. I have a feeling that the Help Team’s responses are being blocked on your side or are not able to be delivered
