With the highest respect to you KingDog this was the second report of this kind today I think its enough for someone to react without the need of sending a ticket, those usually take quite long to get a reply.
As you can no doubt understand, we need to go through a Help Ticket when dealing with private details like a user’s purchasing account information. That’s just not something we’ll look at in the forums. Thanks!

It’s always difficult in a creative space when you’re looking to transfer works between two parties. The original creator will almost always be in a better position to support their own work and buyers of that product are expecting that kind of knowledge. For me, there is a real risk when transferring or purchasing another author’s work that the new owner will have no clue how the item works
