Then I don’t know the reason. Maybe mail server is getting delayed and will send it later.
Not getting reject reasons is annoying since you don’t know what to improve. Sometimes you don’t even need to improve anything, I once got rejected because my preview file was named “preview.html” instead of “index.html”. Lol, just because that reason and without mail you never know. I wish there was an internal message system within the marketplace where we could see the reject reasons somewhere on the dashboard.
I see “Snail Tower Defense” got accepted, congrats. Body Defense might still be in the cue. If it is not and you didn’t receive e-mail, check Settings > Email Settings and make sure the ones that interest you are checked. If Item review notifications is unchecked, you won’t get the mail with reject reasons.

It appears that there’s a setting to turn approval/rejection emails on & off. I don’t know when or why but I seem to have checked it off at some time so I didn’t receive the rejection mail to my recent Halloween ecard. If the reviewer can read this, could you please tell the reason, did I need to improve the drawings or was there some simpler error I made or something else?
Btw, last time I checked we didn’t have a way to ask quick questions like these to the reviewers. Is there any way now?
“Kurt” is my surname which is “wolf” in Turkish so I feel obliged to post a wolf like creature. Here’s WareWolf (pun intended);
Are you asking about the legal issues? I think it should be OK to include Adobe’s version.Codewise, something like this;
var _bitmapdata:BitmapData = new BitmapData(width,height); _bitmapdata.draw([some_object]); //for PNG var _filedata:ByteArray = PNGEncoder.encode(_bitmapdata); //for JPG, % quality as parameter var _jpgEncoder:JPGEncoder = new JPGEncoder(80); var _filedata:ByteArray = _jpgEncoder.encode(_bitmapdata); //save to file var _savefile:FileReference = new FileReference(); _savefile.save(_filedata,"filename");You may include error checking like these;
_savefile.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE,saveCompleteHandler); _savefile.addEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, saveIOErrorHandler);
Thanks. I am using gmail and no mail in spam folder and no filters. I am successfully receiving mail from AD, any idea why AJ mail might have bounced or something? And is there a chance to resend email?
Ok, thanks. I remember AD sending email on held items as well but I guess I’ll wait a few days.
Hello. I thought I’d give AJ a try and uploaded 0:26 long 8-bit loops I used in 2 of my ActiveDen flash games. They are not the best music but I still tried seeing even beeps can be sold. They are no longer on the quee nor on sale.
I’m aware that chiptunes are on “Files We Do and Don’t Need” list but I can see much simpler stuff put on sale in the past few weeks time so I’m kind of confused.
Now I don’t mind if they are rejected but I didn’t receive any e-mail. Is this normal? I would like an explanation afterall, are they too short, were they too simple, was the name/description problematic… stuff like that, so I can know which direction to take.
