The profile pages are somewhat limited in what you can do. Most of the people who have really nice profile pages just use images for everything but paragraph text. Images and links just use regular html. Here’s a guide: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202500474

I’ve sold on just about every Envato marketplace, except VH and AJ, and each one requires a drastically different level of support. TF authors end up having to hire entire support teams. I almost never get a question on my GR items.

How many questions do you guys get per week? Is it mostly support, freelance requests, or something else?

Thanks!

PS – It’s been 9 months since I’ve posed here on VH (back when I was staff) and I miss you guys. :)

If you can’t find one, it may be worth going over to https://studio.envato.com/. They have some amazing devs with very reasonable prices.

I only get a handful a week, but I don’t get many sales these days and a lot of them are from GraphicRiver, which requires almost no support.

Might it be something you can reduce by improving your help docs or improving your knowledge base? If you get the same questions over and over, it might be worth changing the file itself. Good luck!

By the way, what support tool are you using?

Your best bet is to ask the author. They’ll know the item more than we will. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to get back to you. Good luck!

That’s an amazing start! I just hit 7 years on my author account too. We’re old. ;) So what are you going to make next month? :)

I always put in suggested uses. For example, if it’s an illustration of a ghost, I might say something like: “Scary ghost that would be perfect for a Halloween party flyer or even a . . . “

My mind is blown! I remember on TF Kreisi was the first to start making crazy money. After that there was a huge wave of authors who all started making the big bucks. Hopefully SevenStyles was just the first and a bunch of you will soon follow! :)

You should check out https://studio.envato.com/. A lot of the people who sell services there are authors here too. :)
