Here’s the announcement. :)http://audiojungle.net/forums/thread/music-price-increase/95382

As you may have noticed, we just rolled out a price increase on all AudioJungle music. Anything shorter than 30 seconds got an increase of $1, tracks between 31 and 120 seconds increased by $2, and everything else went up by $3.

AudioJungle is well known for being inexpensive, despite the high quality of our items. This is a reputation we’re proud of and it has proven to work very well for our authors. We have 3 authors who have each sold more than $14,000 worth of audio in the last 28 days alone.

Over the last two years, the quality and quantity of AudioJungle items has increased at an explosive rate, yet the average price per file has barely moved. Keep in mind that due to sales volume, our authors are making a lot more money today than they were two years ago, but what they earn with each sale is about the same as it’s been for a long time. Our authors deserve a raise! While a $1 – $2 increase may not seem huge, it can mean an increase of hundreds, and in some cases thousands of dollars in revenue for an individual author each month.

There’s no one out there that sells as high of quality files as we do at such a low price, even after the increase. As I mentioned, the quality has gone up drastically. With a small price increase, authors can make more money, which means they can dedicate more time to making high quality music.

Hi I have a question before i purchase a theme. I am creating a real estate site using WP multisite. Every “site” will act like a property page under the same domain. ie: www.domain.com/property1, www.domain.com/property2 etc. Can I buy the theme with a regular license? Thanks
That’s really just one site with subdomains so a single regular license is fine.

Hi. Please help me to understand – if I buy an one extended license of a PSD item, can I convert it into HTML Theme and then later create from it the Wordpress Version or should I buy second Extended License for this case?

If I buy an extended license of a PSD item, can I include PSD-files into my themes?

Thanks. Mary.

To do either, you’d first need the permission of the author. After that, you’d need one EL for each project.

Before the license changes, animations that are going to be broadcasted needed an extended license. Since the license changed, this point is gone. I think that’s a very bad decision. Seeing your work on a big broadcast TV channel and then say: hey I got 5 bucks for that just makes you feel damn supid.
Any file used in a TV show needs an extended license. Is that what you’re referring to. Is that not clear enough in the licenses?

What I still do not understand is:

if I buy an extended license of a codecanyon item, should I ask for author’s permission before using it in a theme to sell on themeforest?

I asked some codecanyon authors if they will allow me to use their items in a theme for themeforest, but no answer yet…So… should I just buy the extended license and just use it, or I need the author’s approval first?

For use in stock, you need approval. Keep in mind that some CC authors put a blanket statement allowing anyone to use their items on their profile page.

Which app template are you referring to? There is an Apps category on CodeCanyon, but that’s for personal use. If it’s not in that category and there is an extended license option, yes, you are correct.

No, a single regular license is fine based on what you wrote. The reason: ” It is one site. – It is on one domain. – It is one Wordpress installation.”
