I would suggest only with what I have personal experience. I have been using MacBook Pro for last 3 years and have been using Windows PCs for almost 12 years now.
My professional and honest suggestion is that don’t buy an expensive Mac machine because Macs don’t deliver what Apple/Apple-Fanboys tell you. The Mac OS is a useless OS e.g. the new fullscreen mode is useless in dual screen setup because as soon as you switch to fullscreen mode then only on one screen you can work as the other screen is blackened. It’s a huge problem if you are willing to watch a movie in fullscreen mode and also want to do some work. Another example is that when you sort icons by kind then you don’t have a way to look at all the icons at once because icons arranged in by kind mode are displayed in a carousal like display which again is totally against usability standards.
I can list dozens of similar problems which doesn’t exist on Windows 7 PCs. Windows 7 is the best OS at the moment.
OptionTree 2.0 has some great updates and the feature for the support of google webfonts will make it perfect.
I submitted a test ticket and worked fine on my end. I submitted the ticket using FireFox 14.0.1 on Mac OS X 10 .7.4
looks like Apple likes animations too much so I am not interested in this update
anariel7 saidI haven’t experienced any issues that you’ve mentioned and I’ve been hitting the sites pretty hard today. Please contact support with full details of the issue when things like this occur, including screenshots. You may message me the ticket ID after if you wish.
