Nice number, good luck with sales!
In my opinion the typography is the main issue. Some of the text is hard to read and some in not correctly placed. Also i would change some of that drop shadow effect. Work more on the typography and make the overall composition look “cleaner’.
The problem with Envato exclusivety is that the reward is low, you start with 50% which is way to low for an exclusive author! and it is very hard to climb that rates ladder. What I consider a fair deal is 70% for exclusive author and 50% for non-exclusive. So 70% flat for all execlusive authors if Envato cares about competition, plus removing ladder system which only benefits small percentage of authors.
I like this idea! +1
Still using my laptop and an extra 20” screen, I think i too have to make a change.
I just verified one of my items number of sales and comments on one of my items and there are 99 sales and 9 comments, nothing unusual. But if we rotate the number 9 at 180 degrees we will find 66-6 ! Is this a coincidence ? But do you still believe in coincidences ?
Signs are every where ! The number of the “beast” is everywhere.
P.S.: This thread is an skit (click if you don’t know what this mean), made just for fun. I just remembered of an youtube show based on “do you still belive in coincidences ?”.
You are doomed my friend, doomed.
Envato Studio is a community of hand-picked freelancers. We are not currently accepting new provider applications.
So you cant become a provider right now.
Great video, very inspiring!
Well even i do not agree with this salad madness and I think there a lots of other Kickstarter projects who deserve the attention this guy is getting, I cant be angry… if I dont like the project I will not support it, end of story. If there are people out there who want to give money to this guy let them do it, is not like they are giving away your money.
Thanks Sealord. That will help. One of the examples I’ve seen with huge dimension was this: http://graphicriver.net/item/stationery-branding-mockup/4367980?WT.ac=search_item&WT.oss_phrase=mockup&WT.oss_rank=11&WT.z_author=ARCH-TEX
But they really tell us that they’ve originaly created the work with 21000 px, but they don’t say the size of the final psd. I guess it’s much smaller. That’s what got me thinking how they upload it.
It says in the description of the file you linked: ‘Standard’ version 3200 × 2400 pixel resolution in 300 dpi quality ‘Pro’ version 6400×5600 pixel resolution in 300 dpi quality (via external links)
