Firstly, I’m 28 for the record!

Secondly, for those of you who have stated you are under 18, our membership agreement states that you have to be 18 years old or more to be a member, because people under 18 are not legally able to agree to terms and conditions (ie. a legal agreement).

If you’re under 18 you must have your parent of guardian’s agreement to use the Envato Marketplaces (ie. they must have cited our legal documentation and have agreed for you to be a member/author on the marketplaces).

In some cases support may request written confirmation from the parent or guardian of a member under 18 years to ensure the member has parental permission to participate on the marketplaces.

So for those of you that are under 18, please make sure your parents are aware of and approve of you participating on the site! Contact support if you need any more info.
