Thanks for the Tips Toivo! How to forget the Envato Tuts sites! I think they are the reason why I started here, and there are still a bunch I haven´t done. I tough of getting some photos too, but for what I get of the license they are one use (project) only right?

Hi all!

A while ago I made this deposit and didn´t recall on the non-refundable thing. And after contactng Support and making sure I´m stuck with it, I decided to make the most of the situation.

For a bit background, I mainly work at GR but I´m thinking about getting into TF as well (once I polish my code skills). As a side note, I often code in Processing and thinking about getting my hands on an Arduino as well. I though in a couple of things but just curious about your opinion, so as the title says any item you think is a must-buy or that could make my life (work) easier and faster is welcome!

Hi all!

Well right now I´m still studying for my design degree (in Multimedia) so it´s not like a full time job, but I try to work on new items always I have a little free time.

I began in GR early this year, get accepted a couple of items and rejected a lot more, earn a bit of money but nothing significant so far. The good side is that my earnings here are more valuable than say in the US, but anyway a standard salary here is about $1k and I´m getting about $100 from GR this last months, so it´s far behind. I kind of like to work here but I´m not sure about becoming a full time author even when I get my degree and have more time for it, I´m really working in graphic design because i find it less time consuming but right now my interest is mostly on interactive design. Maybe if the numbers change, we´ll see.

That said, I could always use the extra money.

Hi there guys., just looking for some help with this design. This was the main reason given to the rejection:

You will need to consider putting more work into the overall look & feel of the design as well as more work into the typography.

You need to consider the font choice, styles applied, visual hierarchy, leading, alignment and tracking.

Ok the typography thing is clear enough, but I´m not sure how to improve to overall quality, so I´m open for suggestions. Here are the images:
