Hi mates

I’m not experienced (just as user) at jquery and i want help. I’m using this jquery code to a dropdown menu, and i want to disable this code when the max width of the browser is 768px. Just to use another plugin for navigation for small devices (responsive case) because i have interaction between the jquery code and the plugin that i want to use for the responsive needs

    jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
        my_menu();
    });

    function my_menu()
    {
        jQuery("nav ul#menu a").removeAttr('title');
        jQuery("nav ul#menu ul").css({display:"none"});

        //smooth drop downs
        jQuery("nav ul#menu li").each(function()
        {
            var $sublist = jQuery(this).find('ul:first');

            $sublist.find('>li:first').css('marginTop','0px');
            $sublist.find('>li:last').css('marginBottom','0px');

            jQuery(this).hover(function()
            {
                $sublist.stop().css({overflow:"hidden", height:"auto", display:"none",'paddingTop':'0px','paddingBottom':'0px'}).fadeIn(200, function()
                {
                    jQuery(this).css({overflow:"visible", height:"auto"});
                });
            },
            function()
            {
                $sublist.stop().fadeOut(200, function()
                {
                    jQuery(this).css({overflow:"hidden", display:"none"});
                });
            });
        });
    }

So i hope to find a help!

Thanks mates for help.

Due to i don’t have any experience of PHP, i found that i may need to install a local server to test it. After installing and opening, i found it worked immediately with the same settings i did.

It’s my lack of PHP :)

I just checked it in Chrome on OS X mountian lion, and the drop down menus do not work on the navigation bar on the home page at all, neither do the :hover effects. But on other pages the menu works just fine.

Also, the pages and features links are broken.

Hope that helped.

Thanks for help. But i want to know this action is for HTML and WordPress live preview or it’s only for WordPress ?

I hope to find another clearance from you mates please!

congrats. Just a question, how big is your team? Because putting out ten items in just one month is crazy (in a good way).
1 WP Developer taking design from great designers on themeforest and a great buddy for PSD to HTML.

WOW, alone? . really fantastic!

Good Luck

Hi there.

I have followed all steps about how to use Tweet.js-Mod plugin and still could make it working right now!

I added twitter folder(containing jquery.tweet.js, index.php and the lib folder which containing tmhOAuth.php and tmhUtilities.php) in js folder. I added modpath: ’./js/twitter/’ to the twitter widget js code in custom.js and set Path to tmhOAuth libraries to private $lib = ’./lib/’;

I’m just dealing with php and javascript as a user, not experienced. So i hope you please help me because i’m now about over 2 weeks trying to make it work, but with no success.

Her is live preview http://moradxd.zxq.net/lumenosity/normal/blog.html

I hope to get help.

Thanks
