Can i use not licensed images in live preview and don’t drag them in the submitted design ? Is that will be accepted ?

“This form has been deactivated and is closed for any further submissions.”

We are unable to change it manually, or else we gladly would do soAfter the 30 day cool down period mentioned, you can resign up to be exclusive. That will then kick in immediately. You could have a trusted family member login for you on the specific date and opt you back in if you’ll be away.

I want to talk bout point of changing the account setting of Exclusivity. I went to settings > Exclusivity of Your Items , and pressed Opt Out to know what this will lead, and i was not know what that mean because of my lack of experience. So i found after pressing the button that i will became Non-Exclusive ! , this is disaster !! , this mean my rate will be 25% !! and i will get a enormous loss because of that and i was not know. The message i received is that my account will be changed at 16 November.
I contacted the support (2 times) and asked for them to change it manually, but they told me to back the setting again at 16 November. But in fact i will be disconnected away from work for a continued 20 days, and i don’t know if i will back before this day. Also i want to know, if i backed the setting to Exclusive, is that will be changed immediately ? or i will also need to wait a full month to be changed as the same case i did before ? , if that right then this mean an enormous loss !!

Have you tried to check your Spam folder? From my experience, I got the email in 5-10 minutes, 12 hours is not normal. If you didn’t get the email with ticket ID, then it is better to submit new ticket again and tell support that you didn’t get your previous ticket ID…

I made a support request yesterday and it about over 12 hours and till now didn’t receive a message with ticket id !. So i may need to make a new support request, or what i should do, because my support request is very critical issue for me, so i want to know if my support request valid and sent.
Hey pau1winslow. I was immediately looking forward to make a thread with that point, and i took a look on the posts title and i fount your post. In fact, i find that this disturbing. My soft rejected item is the 6th in queue and it’s till now the 4th day without review. A 3 update review process for me are done within 10 days !! although i made an update review process since about 20 days and they just took less than a 30 minutes to be reviewed.
