I just reached 5000 sales… and it was an extended license
I agree with Creattive. My overall feeling is that prices are going lower and lower over the last several months.
Not to mention that there’s a lot of inconsistency in items pricing. I saw a lot of examples where absolutely the same style logo animations are priced 8,10,11,13$. About video displays and title sequences I don’t even want to speak… one day those kind of projects are approved with 32-37$ price tag and tomorrow you can find the same projects for $21, sometimes for even $16.
Feel free to use my previews too. If you want I can send you full res videos for YouTube upload.
Nice upgrade and very useful for a lot of authors! I agree with “digitalscience” – Top New files under each category drop down menu will be even better.
Sort by Rating “Best rated” is not working properly. When that filter is applied in the first places are files with only few 5 stars, while some of the best rated items with 20+ all 5 stars are placed on page 10, 20 etc.
Roller-coaster! 10 sales in one after noon then complete day or two nothing… then again bunch of sales in few hours
For me only solution for that in older AE versions is to switch project to 32bpc.
Hello guys, I know that Creattive is referring to my recently disabled project. I’ve don’t want to post any links and share all details from this sad story before support handle it and I hope and pray finally resolve my issue today. In short… I was accused by somebody from this marketplace that I my work was a hard copy of one tutorial (which is making off of one part for some commercial) which I never saw. I contacted company who created that commercial and tutorial, I they was clearly stated to me that I didn’t break any copyrights and that my project was great. They also provided the same statement to support by opening ticket to help me with this unbelievable issue. I’m now waiting for support respond.
About harm which was made to me and some possible compensation for it, I don’t know what to say… Some compensation would be really fair after this, but I’m not the one who can make that decision. Last two day was really ultra stressful for me and at this moment I just hope and pray that my issue will be solved today and that my file will be back where it deserves to be… and to try at least a little to compensate what I lost in the last two days.
When I received that mail from support after 15 minutes I’ve contacted Envato Support on twitter with issue ref number to get explanation what I can do to fix it.
Immediately I’ve got respond from the staff member who actually disabled my item and send that mail to me… He told me that review team will need to check my item and that I’ll get explanation shortly… So I waited whole night and half day by the computer to receive that message and react if there’s a problem… But I didn’t got anything… I’ve contacted twitter support today again and from other staff member received answer that the review team will check it in next 1-2 days.
It doesn’t seem that somebody checked what’s wrong with my project (who had 5.0 rating and great feedback) before disabling it.
But as it seams now… My loss will be counted in thousands of dollars if this issue will not be fixed very soon.
I’m always more than glad to help my customers sometimes even if the questions are way beyond simple project editing… So disabling good rated and great selling item for “maybe possible quality reasons” before even contacting about that is just not fair.. I’ve got yesterday message from support that they will contact me shortly… and today I’ve got answer that that will be in next 1-2 days… before holiday and weekend when support is not available. So what to say?
By the way here’s ref number 558833 … which I received by support
and today I’ve opened support ticked #SGU-669-83779
So if somebody from staff can take a look at them to explain me what’s going so that I can fix it if something is wrong with it… I’ll really appreciate that.
Best regards, Nenad
