Hi!

As soon as Envato makes the payment to your Payoneer account, you can choose the “Immediate Load” option and access your funds in minutes.

You can then use your Payoneer card to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs. In addition, you can withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account in Bangladesh.

We support local bank transfers to Bangladesh, in BDT, at a conversion rate of only 2% above the official mid-market rate.

What is the maximum withdrawal admitted on payoneer? I had withdrawal 3000 maximum.. Can I make it 6000 dollars for example? it will not take me extra fees?

You can use your Payoneer card to make online/in-store purchases of up to $2,500 per day, and cash withdrawals for up to $2,500 per day ($5,000 total daily limit).

In addition, you can use our Withdraw to Bank Service to withdraw up to $10,000 per day to your local bank account.

Dear Nissim , i am having the same issue and 5 days gone i recieved a transfer confirmation from payoneer but still there is no good news about payment. so can you please tell me where i should contact and how to get swift transfer ID or something MT103?

Please contact globalbanktransfers@payoneer.com so that they can check the status of the transfer and provide you with the details document if necessary.

I never use Payoneer so far.

Is Payoneer’s currency rate competitive as compared to other withdrawal methods?

(I mean compared to other online payment providers such as Skrill, Paypal, etc.)

Our rates are extremely competitive, especially if you are looking to receive funds directly to your bank account. We use rates of generally 2% above the official mid-market rate, and our highest rate would be 2.75% (compared to rates of almost 3.5-4.5% that competitors use).

Finally i got my payment yesterday. Firstly i show my MT103 copy to the bank manager & they said to contract to their head office swift department. I contract them & they confirm me about the payment transfer. After then they transfer my payment on my bank account. Thanks Payoneer for their awesome service worldwide & also thanks NISSIM for ur response. But i want to know one thing about exact transfer fees of Global Bank Transfer. @NISSIM

Glad to hear that!

The cost of the service is $3.00 per transfer in your local currency and $15 per transfer if you choose USD.

As mentioned above, it’s always recommended to withdraw in your local currency. When you choose an alternate currency offered by the ATM, what happens is that they make a double conversion. This means that they first make a transaction behind the scenes in a local currency (a conversion is made) and then convert that back to the currency you selected – so you pay double conversion charges.

In regards to your question:

Hi Nissim,

I hope you are still reading this and can help me clarify a few things.

I’ve looked at the Payoneer fee structures (“MasterCard Card Pricing and Fees”, and “Withdrawal rates”), but I am still a bit confused. The only thing I know for sure is that the Payoneer Master Card will cost me about US$30 per year.

So… I live in the UK and have a GBP bank account. Let’s say I have $1000 to be paid out by Envato. What are the overall fees I’ll have to pay whilst the money is being moved onto my UK bank account?

When you sign up for Payoneer you have two choices:

1) Receive payments directly to your bank account, with no option of using the Payoneer card.

For this, just choose the Global Bank Transfer Service option when applying (receive payments directly to your bank account). There is no maintenance fee here, no annual fee, no setup costs.. you pay only $3.00 per transfer to your UK bank account. We send funds in GBP, using rates of only 2% above the official mid-market rate at the time of transfer. This is among the best rates you will receive from online payment methods.

2) Sign up for a Payoneer account and also receive a Prepaid Debit MasterCard card

In this option, there is an annual or monthly fee (depending on where you sign up, whether it be from the Payoneer website or directly from Envato). The exact fees will be shown during the sign up proces.

The way it works is that payments from Envato will be sent to your Payoneer account. From there, you can either use your Payoneer card to make purchases, or withdraw to your local bank account. In this case, there is no flat fee for the bank withdrawal, and we will convert funds to GBP using the same rates I mentioned above.

I hope this answers your questions, but if not please let me know.

@MahmoudRafik: I’m sure a representative will be replying to your inquiry shortly.

@samiul75: Depending on if a wire transfer or local transfer was made in your country, it’s also possible that an intermediate bank is causing a delay. The MT103 form will allow your bank to run a full trace on the payment and see exactly where it is.

If they are unable to assist you please let us know, and we can also try contacting your bank directly to assist.

Hi,

I’m not able to help with this personally, however I have passed your inquiry on to a member of our payments department, along with the feedback you provided in this forum topic, and they will be getting back to you with further assistance.

@Hossam_Hossny: If a credit card load is not approved by Payoneer’s Payment Department, we generally cancel the pre-authorization charge at that same time. It’s very possible that the card company does not have a compatible service to acknowledge this automated cancellation, and need to remove the charge on their end.

Of course we would still do our best to provide the best support possible, and follow up on the charge to make sure it is not delayed or pending on our end.

If you had a less than satisfactory experience, I sincerely apologize. I’d like to escalate this to a customer support supervisor and have the issue resolved as soon as possible – please get in touch with me via direct e-mail nissimal@payoneer.com

If you choose the Payoneer Global Bank Transfer Service, we charge $3.00 for each transfer to your bank account in your local currency (in this case INR).

We convert funds from USD to INR using rates of up to 2.75% above the official mid-market rate at the time of transfer. You can estimate mid-market rates using websites such as XE.com.
