Do you have your phone number displayed on your site? Could someone have impersonated your hosting company?
I’d rather split 50% of 1000 sales with a great designer than 10% of 10 sales with a crap designer You get what you pay for.
I have the 2011 13” Air and it’s perfect. It does everything I need when on the move or working from the couch then I have a custom built desktop for everything else. I was originally weighing up selling the Air and getting the Retina Pro but it didn’t seem worth it.
Having worked with WordPress for many years I’m able to put together themes very well. I do however lack in design! I’m looking to join forces with someone who is able to produce fantastic theme designs or already has a HTML theme that they want to convert into WP. I will provide samples of my work to those interested.
I look forward to the responses
After using Coda on Mac I’m finding Notepad++ quite lacking. I like being able to FTP directly into projects and edit live. Are there any similar editors out there for PC (free or paid is fine).
I’m looking for a function in WordPress to set the featured image. Does something already exist? A plugin I have creates posts but needs to add the featured image to them as well.
Thanks in advance.
WordPress is a great platform and unless you have a large budget, it’s worth sticking with.
Does it have to be OOP ? I can code in OOP but the code is so little that i feel it is pointless but the code is using the same code on other pages…
Shouldn’t you be using functions (or more functions) if you find yourself repeating code. OOP isn’t necessary and overkill for tiny projects.
NuclearThemes saidill take my chances .. ive been around longer then you have..
TNL3542 saidNot a problem but you’ve very likely limited yourself to bottom of the barrel contractors based on your posts.
NuclearThemes saidshouldnt cost much
TNL3542 saidWhy “for now”? The question only needed a dollar figure answer.
quickandeasy said20.00 fornow
How much are you willing to pay someone up front to do this for you?
I was simply stating that by giving good freelancers the impression that you have little or no money it becomes more trouble than it’s worth. Especially for $20. Therefore you’re now down to freelancers who are new to the game and willing to put up with the hassle or… bottom of the barrel contractors.
Good luck with the search
