Maybe when priority is low can take more than one week, i don’t know.

I send a ticket to Envato, giving my personal opinion about the vectors category and the subcategory web elements. I said that in my opinion the items inside the vectors category / web elements subcategory look like abandoned, they have low visits and of course low sales. If someone is looking for some web elements they watch the menu and they go to the web elements category, i’m sure that they don’t go to vectors first…

And i suggested to Envato that maybe the can do something about that, like a little bit of promotion of the vectors category, or a bundle…i don’t know i’m sure that they can do something.

And also i asked them a question about the last bundle they made that it was web elements bundle. I asked them if they watch the items on the vectors / web elements to maybe include some of that items on the web elements bundle.

They answered me the same day, first with the email: Thanks for contacting blah blah… and then they sent me another email with that: Thank you for contacting Envato support. I will forward this to the appropriate staff member/team for review. We’ll be in touch shortly.

How long does this usually take? i recived the last email on 27th of february.

Thanks for the answers, i just upload it to the vectors category. Let’s see what happens

I uploaded an item to the Web Elements category and then to the sub-category Badges and Stickers. They rejected my work and here is the reason:

1) This item is more suitable for the Vector category rather than Web Elements. Note that the Vector category have their own sub-category called Web Elements for elements such as these.

mmm…should i do something about the quality or it just because he thinks that i have to upload it to the Vector category?

I don’t understand the reason, my file comes in a .AI and .EPS and there are some of that files in the Web Elements category…

What should i do? upload it again but in the Vector category without doing any quality fix?

It is not nice to have an item rejected, but when you have already some items approved and you still working with your style and you see they approve your items, then sometimes you cannot understand some of the reasons from the reviewer.

I don’t understand the reason… Your submission isn’t up to the standard of quality that we require. Take a look at other items in the category to get some idea of the standard of quality. This and nothing is the same, because if i feel that when i create something with my style it is approved and now i make a new one with my style again i cannot understand why the others are approved and this one rejected for that reason.

I can understand that the rejection for example is if for example…you need to work in the fonts, or you have so many items that look like this one, or the print template is not at CMYK …

From my point of view i think you should pass and work in another thing, that’s true you have some items that look like this design.
