I was wandering if I can track statistics for my items on envato sites.
I have one item so far. It has a demo page and I have Google Analytics there so I can see what is going on on the demo. What I’d like to do is see what is going on my item’s page.
It would be great if I can put my analytics code on the item’s page so I can see visitors there . Is this possible? If it is how can I use the same analytics account on item’s page and my demo page?

I have submitted a ticket to support 3 weeks ago and still have no answer. During that period I have submitted two more tickets on the same topic refering to the original one. For the last two tickets I haven’t even received the automated response confirming the receipt of my ticket.
What might be the problem? What should I do, please advice.
May be there is some problem with the emails or some other technical problem. Although I receive emails form other ….@themeforest.net emails.

I think you should create according to new generation like template
Is’t this one http://otwthemes.com/sitetemplates/hello-admin-new/01_Normal_preview.jpg according to new trends? Can you give examples.
And also is it normal to wait for support to forward my message to my reviewer for more than 3 weeks and still not get any answer? I am not familiar with themeforest rules.
The layout and all features seem right. The design reminds me of 10 years ago websites. Look on Themeforest man, get updated with the latest trends. This is admin design, yes, but still, your future clients will need high quality. D

I am new here and I need some help.
I have submitted a project in Site Templates -> Admin Templates on Sept 09. It was rejected because it didn’t meet design quality.
“Your template does not provide a unique enough design with the necessary design quality, features and options to compete in the marketplace at this time.”
I contacted my reviewer via support and he told me I can contact him again when I improve the desing so he can give feedback before I code it again.
“And yes, you can open a support ticket for some feedback before you code this.”
What I did was total redesign.
I submitted .jpg & .psd files via support as my reviewr told me so they can forward to him and he can give feedback before coding. I have send my first ticket on 22 october and there was no answer. Then I send another and still no answer.
Is there a problem with the design, is there anything else I need to do? I am not sure I know how approval process work.
