Anyone from Envato staff will reply here?
One of our customers has complained that he cannot purchase our item due to the error:Your payment was unable to be processed by PayPal. Please try using a different payment method.
What does it mean? Is it possible to fix?
He is from Spain. His card has enough funds.
Currently the Facebook API v2.0 has some minor bugs. Namely, it doesn’t allow to change the language of the Social Plugins. I reported about that a while ago:https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/354005651417049
Maybe this info will be useful for someone.
The same issue. Please fix it as soon as possible.

There will often be ongoing testing, tweaks and A/B tests going on with search. We often wont give out the details or announce these test as they could potentially influence the test results. Thanks!
I don’t think that my dropping was caused by these changes in the search results. Because usually I get about 10-15% sales from users who search my plugins through CodeCanyon, Themeforest etc. 85-90% sales come from external websites, adwords, organic search and some other channels. It’s enough stable channels.
I think there was something wrong in the process of purchasing as you wrote earlier.
Now everything is fine for me.
@OnePress What is the status now? Has the Sales picked up?
Yes, it seems everything is fine now. Don’t know what was a reason. It was very strange.
Thank you for the links. I will try.
Thank you for sharing it. Hope the issue will be fixed soon.
Guys, thank you for your replies!
I have noticed also that all the recent versions of my plugins have been published on warez forums. And while typing names of my plugins in Google, I see the suggestions like “Download X nulled”, “X download free” and others.
How do you think, can that influence on the sales? Do you know any cases when appearing of someone’s plugins on warez forums could kill totaly all sales?
