A comment field attached to the rating that emails to the author would be a nice improvement for the future. Getting postive feedback is great but getting constructive criticism is even better.
This is a GREAT idea! I started a post yesterday about the feedback from the buyers! This would be a great improvement, so that we can know why our item isn’t better rated!

IMO it would make more sense to allow 1 single change only of the rating system, to allow for the correction of a mistake rating, and that this rating, if lower then the first one, is required to be accompanied by an explanation / feedback / reason for change – which is sent anonymously to the author.DOK
I second this! We must be careful not to create a monster! Its nice to have the chance to correct a rating but this shouldn’t be done so easily.
Maybe a rethink is in order?

I think even if you do a perfect job, you do everything you can – you will still find some (few) people whom will think that it is not enought. Even if you will work for free. Sometimes effort is enough, sometimes not. That means – some people will never give you any suggestions on improvement – only poor rating
I know that you mean, alchymista! But sometimes we overlook one detail that makes a difference to the user and it can improve your item! So if anyone sends you a valid suggestion it can be very usefull.

To update a preview image you will require a review, right? Does the item stay available while it waits for an update review? Does it take the same time as a new item?
If i add that information to de description it is instant, but i don’t know if it is not missed by the buyers….
