Great first week but last two weeks have been under average
You could perhaps update your product and then add a new information piece at the top of your item asking for feedback ? Or just sample your customers (like the ones who contact you for support)? There isn’t a way to contact all your customers though via email or anything like that. The only thing available is the upload a new update to your item and notify the users of it.
Part-time for me Would love for it to be full-time though.
Probably down to the API changing then. Have to wait til the developer updates it.

Slow week indeed- 6 with a reversal, but just sold an extended license so it has made my week average again haha.
