Things seem ok here since the start of the day site works very fast and no disconnections

Due to the recent events on the marketplace just imagine the number of tickets people are sending to the support, we have to be patient, if the marketplace is not working our items are useless.

No big sales -Yes. Stupid Idiot – No. You’re clearly a mograph designer of some talent.

Part of the poor sales might be down to the fact that you have made quite a few files for the C4D category, which doesn’t sell so well.

But otherwise, I’m at a bit of a loss. Your items should have sold better. I think you may have been unlucky. But I also think, that like many other authors, you need to look up from the motion graphics software a little more often and think about the concept a little more – try to put yourself in the shoes of who might be buying your project. At a glance, there are several where I might think “nicely executed, but who’d want that?”. Who’d want their logo coming out of a stone maze on a robotic arm, for instance?

But I think if you’re interested in creating stock projects, you may just crack it with your next item. Think a bit simpler is my advice. And think that After Effects CC is coming. C4D Lite is bundled. As someone who knows their C4D, you may just be in a position to clear up!

Thanks. I will take note of. I do not really think about why people need my projects, I’m just trying to do something unusual and interesting. Probably why my projects likes motion designers but are not suitable to ordinary users.

I agree with Felt, you are very talented and it seems very strange you do not have good sales.

One thing I noticed, maybe its stupid but… you need to provide better tags and of course use all 15 slots available. and maybe clever names that discribe the item better

Inspired by cartoons from my childhood, I challenged myself to design a short, high-impact promo featuring a loveable, fully editable “3D” character. I thought it had all of the ingredients for success including originality, esthetics and technical execution.

“Promote with Nano!” has been on the market for about 7 months now with very few sales—certainly not the best-seller I hoped to create.

Is the problem in the design? Is it the $30 price? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated my friends!

Just a small notice, I think that the reflections on your robot does not match with the general retro cartoon style they are too realistic.

Great and useful project, looks very realistic!

Here are my problems with it:

For one thing, “glitch” projects are made so often that only the projects that bring something new to the table get large amounts of sales. This doesn’t mean your project is bad, it just means there are many other similar projects that are worthy of competing with your project.

I also don’t like the font, but that’s just my personal preference.

Thank you Graham, I agree with your comments and I also realized that I had to better design the project to generate glitch on video and not only on titles, I will give it a try and make it more appealing.

Just an idea based on this problem

What if… there was a system in the marketplaces between exclusive authors, that automatically adds a percentage of the sale to the author that his item is used to the compiled item.

Now that Felt gave us so interesting feedback I will post my failure:
