Yes, many people do that, and I believe successfully. This may be a good business if you have at least minimal skills in editing and customizing themes you are going to offer to your clients.
Unfortunately some of such “businessman” are just lazy people who don’t want to do anything useful, they just mediators. Sometimes when it comes to even smallest and simplest customizations (sure they don’t have enough skills even for that) they just start spamming the authors with infinity requests, and if you don’t meet each their wish they will start complaining (your theme is bad, my client is angry etc…) and give an item poor rating.
Of course, sometimes this is an authors fault, because not every item on TF of a good quality, so be careful here too. Read item comments section and check overall author’s rating before you buy.

Exactly, websites exist nonetheless. About blog being a requirement on TF, you have any direct experience ? as in reviewer = “no blog, GTFO!”
We have, and our theme was accepted in first version without blog. Of course, that wasn’t so easy, first time it was rejected, but after uploading again with a message with explanations why there is not blog, it was accepted.
But I would recommend you to add the blog, or expect to have a problems with buyers. Unfortunately one page themes are most problematic – people wait from them the same functionality like from any other traditional theme.
Dropbox for files, Asana.com for tasks – ideal combination for me.
What are you want to sell and who will pay for this? I see the broken bootstrap template that can be done for 2 hours.
You need to learn first and become an experienced developer or designer before you can get accepted here. Working here is hard and not available for novice because of very high requirements. Just compare your work to others. Event if this template will be accepted (no chances) – you will have 0 sales.
Mostly when I see their website in the email signature its called “Marketing Agency” or something similiar.
Yes, this is very annoying sometimes. They have clients from which they may charge at least x10 more of item price, but they can’t do even basic CSS fix, because they are totall dummies. And they never want to pay anything while asking “question” after “question” when it is actually a real customization.
I saw themes here few times: http://creattica.com/css/latest
I know what you talking about, just next time, not only give, but also take. This is just a lesson in your life.
It is just wrong to only give without asking anything for yourself, because that is one of bad sides of people nature – they forgot about your kindness very quickly and even can start use you (sometimes even without understanding it). You have family to give, and with others you make business, even with friends you don’t need to be more generous than them to you. You need to have a balance in the relationship with everyone.

I’m trying to make a Payoneer card, and they’re asking for a copy of my ID or license driver. Most of my friends that use Payoneer never got that request, were any of you asked to send a copy of your ID card? I have another Payoneer card as well and I wasn;t asked for that when I had it done, so I’m wondering why am I being asked now?
The same for me, Payoneer is nice option, but when I start using it about 3 years ago it was much better than today. Now they ask your ID, you need to wait few days before loaded money become available, and they even can request the ID + front/back photo of a card from person that loaded your card!!! This is very uncomfortable for most of people.
