Thankyou for your response
I’m aware of stackoverflow but unfortunately in the past i haven’t had that much success in the problem solving and providing a solution, in fact the last question i asked i had a pretty much “google it” response and other responses where they had no idea only clearly wanted to boost there reputation. I brought this to there attention with the friendliest of manners and he simply curst me and left a negative rating on my question and deleted his comment leaving me a sitting duck.
Maybe its just me but i find ThemeForest a much more friendlier place and an excellent place to ask coding related questions.
@ Australia + bherbert,
Yep the selected function doesn’t seem to output correctly, i’m not sure if i have set it up right.
I’m producing a select box in PHP but having a hard time to get the correct selection “selected” from what the user has chosen.
<form class="products-perpage" method="get"> <select name="perpage" class="perpage"> <?php $products_perpage = array( '6' => '6', '9' => '9', '12' => '12', '18' => '18', '24' => '24', ); foreach ( $products_perpage as $id => $name ) echo '<option value="' . esc_attr( $id ) . '" ' . selected( $perpage, $id, false ) . '>' . esc_attr( $name ) . '</option>'; ?> </select> </form>
The above code outputs the select box with the option values fine and when the user selects an option it is passed in the URL using the method get, so the url would be this if the user has chosen 9.
The problem is when the user has selected this option it doesn’t show selected. I think i’m almost there but i’m using the selected function incorrectly.
Any pointers that would be great!
Behind every great author there is a CAT.. go Wallie ..also congrats PixelStores
Lol, Thanks guys
I have a new shiny badge and reached a great milestone. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Envato team and my customers, also my partner Rose has especially helped in times of need. I never had imagined in my early days of web development that i would make over 100k in revenue online.
Also want to point out my PA, Wallie who has been by my side from day one.
There are a couple of plugins or extensions that may interest you for the shopping cart plugin, WooCommerce.
Many ecommerce themes have a catalog mode where prices, add to cart buttons, cart e.t.c can be removed and you could offer a product enquiry form.http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-enquiry-form/
May not be exactly what your after but i’m sure you could tweak a little.
Hmm they claim the emails are sent in the correct language.
Visitors will receive all notification emails in their right language. For this to happen, the site admin must provide the translations. WooCommerce localization files provide translations for the standard WooCommerce mails, but if you want to change them, like other texts, emails can be translated via the String Translation screen.
But checking some google queries it may appear the emails are not working correctly with the latest version of WooCommerce.
Sorry i couldn’t be much more help and hope you get this resolved.
