Without asking permission you can’t.

It’s not allowed at all, even if you want to create a template and include a Codecanyon item, you’d need a permission from the author.

This is an old thread and this is not allowed anymore unless you have the permission from the author. I don’t know in the details and I’m not providing an official answer but this is how I understood those new rules.

I’ve noticed that when I reply to a comment (item comments page), after hitting the submit button nothing happens. Then when I reload the page, my comment appears. Did anyone else experience the same ? I’m using Chrome.

there should be no primary reason, only the comment feedback. let the buyer write freely and with no bias from the system.

Exactly. While I understand why the staff would like to measure those parameters, I don’t get how they could be part of the primary reasons.

I went ahead and rated an item I bought. Now in the primary reason list, I can see : “support from the author” and “customization help from the author”.

Aren’t support and customizations 100% optionnal ?
