This is an old thread and this is not allowed anymore unless you have the permission from the author. I don’t know in the details and I’m not providing an official answer but this is how I understood those new rules.

I’ve noticed that when I reply to a comment (item comments page), after hitting the submit button nothing happens. Then when I reload the page, my comment appears. Did anyone else experience the same ? I’m using Chrome.

Aren’t support and customizations 100% optionnal ?off course it is.
there should be no primary reason, only the comment feedback. let the buyer write freely and with no bias from the system.
Exactly. While I understand why the staff would like to measure those parameters, I don’t get how they could be part of the primary reasons.

I went ahead and rated an item I bought. Now in the primary reason list, I can see : “support from the author” and “customization help from the author”.

Hi,i have nearly 20 WordPress items on Codecanyon and i am asked very often by Themeforest authors to allow them to include into their themes my plugins.
As you might know, i have to agree for them to be authorized to use my plugins.
Bu the thing that i don’t understand is why extended licences on Codecanyon are so low ? I mean, take the example of a TF author that wants to include my plugin into a premium theme. Basically, he’ll pay the extended licence around $90 and will sell his theme $45. It means that with 2 sales he’s doing his “plugin return on investment”. And then… he starts making money while i’m losing buyers.
Is this something that will change or not ? I know many CC authors that do not want their items to be included simply because when it’s done, the major part of the profits are going the TF author and not to CC authors.
Am i the only one this find this a bit unfair?
+1 I receive quite a lot of requests to reuse my work on TF and I refuse all of them. Our work on CC is undervalued IMO.

The rules have changed recently, and including a Codecanyon element into a Themeforest theme is not allowed unless you have permission from the author.
