It most likely will be approved. Can you show us with the Reviewer’s feedback was? Depending on what they said regarding your design being similar to older designs of yours, there may be elements that can be swapped, or the entire design may need to be reorganized.

First feedback: “Reason: Unfortunately, your submission is too similar to existing item(s) in our marketplace. Your upload must be a unique concept not based on any existing marketplace item. The files here should be much more unique actually instead of making a few devices and than create multiple arrangements with them. You need to work on being much more creative on the files here.”

Then I made some changes and the second feedback was: “Reason: Again unfortunately we cannot approve the file as it is way too similar to the other mock-ups in the marketplace. You’ve already submitted these 2 mock-up packs with the same devices. + the links to my existing files”

Anyway it was soft rejected not hard rejected, but I have no idea what to change.

My item was soft rejected as it use some elements from my oldest items. Does anybody know if it would be approved if I remove the old items and upload the new one instead?

I’m Nik and I’m a graphic designer from Portorose, Slovenia. I design a lot of different stuff from websites to print design. I’ve been designing as a freelancer for 10 years now and I learned mostly everything by myself.

I’m on GraphicRiver for about a year now, but I wasn’t active until a month ago. And as I know how difficult is for beginners to increase their sales, I dedicate my last work (Preview Image Templates) to all of them.
