Do I add the Envato tag across flyer?

Need help submitting flyer, I’ve got this email saying:

We’re sorry, your item Christmas Party Flyer has not been approved for sale on GraphicRiver. This is the reason given by our item inspector:

Unfortunately your submission doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to. Please consider taking some time to familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting.

P/S: I setup my flyer in CMYK ,but it be RGB when posting to website so the color look not exactly my file color! How can I post it with true color for you guys review? Anyone help me????

The reviewers will look at the psd template so they will be able to see the true colours. In the preview, the colours will not look to different when you save it as an rgb jpeg.
