Hey man, very nice voice and its a beautiful song as well! I totally support you in uploading tracks with vocals.
When I first made this track, I hardly ever thought it would be my top selling : http://audiojungle.net/item/africa-oh-motherland/5280770
But I guess you could never understand how the jungle truly works!

Being featured without a doubt helps boost sales. By no means did I smash any sales records, but purchases of my stuff during the last 7 days quadrupled as compared to the weeks of May and June. I have to conclude that this site is all about exposure and privileged “shelf space” in the audio jungle “store”. Sure, you have to have quality to back up the exposure, but there is no doubt in my mind that success at audio jungle is contingent on and correlated to front page items, featured author, popular items, and featured items exposure.
“Popular items” is the cream of the crop from my 9 months of observation. If you land there, you will be on your way to steady, constant sales. And Congrats to Flossie for taking that spot this week! Give us your results after the week is up…
Couldnt agree less! +
I think its all about exposure, and because the AJ market is getting more and more saturated it is getting harder for users to search and locate your music since there are thousands of other music files that share similar competitive keywords.
There was an interesting thread opened by Zineb relating to the issue: http://audiojungle.net/forums/thread/my-results-as-featured-author/135994
Anyways great music, enjoyed listening to it

Collis (Envato CEO), Are you going to wake up and smell the coffee????
Another $17 “steal” for a TV spot. Please do the author a huge favor and buy 3 extended licenses at a bare minimum. Don’t you agree that a TV spot should go for at least $250?
@Brand 786, I am curious to know how much you really have budgeted for music in your TV spot. $17 buck is quite a deal, don’t you agree?Where is the moral responsibility of fair pay for fair use Collis?
