I don’t think there’s a difference with regards to performance. But I personally would go with animating the margin. That’s just a personal preference though!

The item you pointed out is something that was uploaded over two years ago. And quality standards have become significantly stricter since then! I’m sorry you feel upset about this. But forums rules state you cannot call out other items on the forums.

Really great response so far! I’d like to be interviewed at some point! But i have some big things coming for the envato community… so we can wait until then!

The forum rules do not allow self promotion of websites that may be competitive to the marketplaces. Also you cannot really discuss selling websites on the forums. There are other more appropriate sites to sell websites through. And code canyon is not a site where you can sell existing websites.

Please don’t call out reviewer’s names on the forums. But feel free to contact the reviewer directly to ask for more reasons.

From what i can see in the link you showed, the application lacks a little in aesthetics. Take a look at other applications here for their design to see what you should be aiming towards.

And also, I’m not quite sure what the application is doing? If you could explain it we may be able to suggest improvements if functionality is also an issue!
