I have a Nikon D5000 , but I recommend the Nikon D5100 because it is the newer version. The picture quality on the D5000 is excellent for its price class. I have the kit lenses (18-55 + 55-200), which are quite good, but I’m planning on buying an extra lens.

Hey guys, I’m submitting a form using AJAX . To send the post data, I use the following code:

// create datastring to send
dataString = "password="+$("#password").val();

// send the data
$.ajax({
    type: "POST",
    url: "file.php",
    data: dataString,
    success: function(response) {
        // stuff here
    });

Here’s the problem: if the user uses special characters (like &^%$#@!+/=... and more!) the dataString variable will not be correct, and parts will be lost. I have tried encodeURI, and then decoding it in PHP using urldecode, but I didn’t have luck. Those 2 functions don’t encode/decode the same. Does anyone know how to solve this? :)

Thanks in advance, Rik de Vos

Hi, I can code if for you for $100. The different pages will just be pages with a title, a picture and some optional text. If you want a voting system or a comment system, it’ll be more expansive.

You’ll have a previous, next and random button at the top. A link to a page where you can upload a new picture. And maybe some other text and links to facebook/twitter.

You’ll need a server supporting PHP 5 and MySql 5. Contact me through my profile if you’re interested. Cheers, Rik
