I didn’t think that you would be here, may be you don’t know me but I’m the one who sent you an email about your income of the Blur text component on flashstore. Did you remember?

Let me state that flashstore and flashden are different businesses. I don’t know exactly who created flashstore but surely, flashstore is one of the partners of jumbeye which is a big company, isn’t it? I mean they have a big guy (jumeye) who could be a sponsor for the site.Look at those components on flashstore, more than a half are from jumpeye. What’s about other authors?

Flashstore do have a forum, they have about 500 members but there’s nothing much in there. No post, no reply, nothing. Here on flashden, they have a strong community and if you look at the flashden HQ, about ten thousand members now and that’s number increasing everyday.

Lastly, here is my point, if you sell your components on flashstore 10 times, it could be 20 or 30 times on flashden.

Anyway, I believe the commission will increase soon, not now but maybe in the future. Is that right Collis

so why don’t you upload them before SubKutz. Or you did sense about a new competition like this would occur

I do know that flashstore.com sells files for a price very high. You can easily find similar files on flashden for 10% the price you find there.

flashstore sells flash components which are more complex than normal files here . So, their price’s much more higher than flashden. Another thing, sellers can set their file’s price , not the staffs. It’s different from flashden.

btw, they have only 500 members till now. Traffic rank is over 200000. Fd is 50000, surely they don’t spend much money for advertising and other stuffs.

The choice is your, at this time I prefer fd, but someday I will create stuffs on flashstore when I need much extra income.

The site is growing. I believe there would be an improvement in commission. Maybe not now, but it must if fd wants to attract more designers.

There are some flash tutorials already on flashden from the other guys. Does it mean that you will pay 50 bucks for any tutorial from now on ?
