At the end of the day it all comes down to how many calories you have spent over calories absorbed from food. Fat burns when spending exceeds absorbing. Depending on different daily activities you could gain weight or loose weight.http://exercise.about.com/cs/fitnesstools/l/blcalorieburn.htm
Walking is fine, make sure you do it with empty stomach though. Personally I do rope jumping everyday. If you really want to make huge difference start to design a specific working out routine and commit to it. Result will only comes after months with true determination so don’t give up in early stage.
PS: Forget those fancy fitness gadgets and equipments, our cavemen ancestors didn’t need them and were more than fit enough (I’m not saying you have to go hunting but that’s an idea )
any chance there will be some type of “app” (android/kindle/ipad) tools/themes/templates marketplace at envato? For example there’s some great games here I’d like to modify and be able to brand and distribute (as either free or paid), to brand my company, and sell on kindle fire as apps
There are some great games on CodeCanyon (iOS / Android) which I think they were created with AIR. Checkout Flashtang codecanyon items, he converted some majd_abdul games from Flash to mobile AIR.
i like starling ,but i think if a developer want develop a game only use starling it’s very hard. like there is no mouseevent under the starling display object
thanks for this link.check it out now
Last time I checked Starling replicated a lot of Flash Display list API, you probably missed something in Starling documentation
@flashtang: Nice one, is that Starling or pure Display list ?
A similar case, read on why Google distributed Android with ASL rather than GPL:http://arstechnica.com/uncategorized/2007/11/why-google-chose-the-apache-software-license-over-gplv2/
...Android under a copyleft license could potentially limit the evolution of the mobile software ecosystem by discouraging commercial development on top of the platform.
WP and its founder are acting monopoly here. Under their “freedom philosophy”, Bill Gate, Steve Jobs, or Larry Ellision… would never be allowed to speak at any GPL compliance software conference (if they even care though)
