I’m looking for a forum that is active and has people willing to answer questions from Dumbo’s like me..I tried webdesignerforum.co.uk and webdevforum but no use.

Which do you use?

Hi and thanks for looking. I’m creating a small sales site to sell a huge collection of Ebooks about twitter (http://www.unleashtwitter.com) but i am having trouble with Paypal whom I want to use as the payment processor.

I added a new email address to my Paypal account and clicked for them to send the email to confirm the new email address but it never arrives. I’ve tried many times now. I’ve set up the domain, hosting and email forwarding okay but still nothing from Paypal; I contacted them but just got a useless ‘cut-n-paste’ answer.

Any ideas?

I’m looking to start a Blog about Bushido, the Samurai and the truth of the Ninja.

I know how to use Blogger but am wondering if I’d be better off with Wordpress?

What are the differences?

Has anyone got a zen-style design in the pipeline that I could use?

?

I don’t always follow set conventions as far as design is concerned so some people may disagree here but personally…

1. I would halve the height of the big image so you can have some text below it which would stay there no matter what photo you’re looking at – that would be a great place for the site owner to tell us all about him/her plus get found by Google. It would also give a space for the copyright sentence (everybody likes them) ©2009 Whoever.com

2. I would addd a ‘skills’ page where the owner can talk about what skills he/she has as a Photographer; I know a few professional photographers so I know there are many arts/skills to photography.

3. I’d also add a ‘Clients’ page (that should keep TF happy) where the owner could talk about their famous clients, maybe a few logos to make it look pretty.

themolitor – MultipleIEs is rubbish (in my opinion), try http://www.my-debugbar.com/wiki/IETester/HomePage

All else: Yeh, Adobe BrowserLab looks awesome but even with my Adobe Login they still arent accepting any new-comers . They’re posting updates of when it will be reavailable at: Current_Status”>http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/BrowserLab#Adobe_BrowserLab-_Current_Status and at Twitter: http://twitter.com/adobebrowserlab

Follow me while you’re there (: @robbydesigns

My client has IE6 and no intention of updating, I’ve told them the reason but it’s not going to be so my question is…how do I test for IE6 on my PC which has IE7 installed? I tried a program called ‘Multiple IE’ but it doesnt show the site the same way as it does on my client’s proper IE6 .

Any ideas or just a website that shows how it would look on IE6 would be a great help, thanks.
