I believe that with such low sales, upload new designs, is wasting designs, and time I uploaded very good designs and dont have sales,,,, never had happened PS sorry for my english
I agree with Osky, it seems as if someone turned of the purchase button for my items!
If I could make atleast $500-1000 here, that would be awesome. I don’t have much time though because my primary income source is so time consuming.
I know how you feel Giallo, the same thing happened to me months ago.
This guy rips our flyers and reports that I stole his design and the design he was referring to is one he stole from a author here. It’s so ridiculous because I complained about the guy’s site months before and the only thing support could say is “Thank you for posting these sites that have pirated items”
Nothing was done, therefore up to this point that same guy has our files on his site SMDH!
If I rented a store in a mall and it keeps on getting robbed everyday, what should I do?
I don’t even know these people because they are allowed to enter the mall with their masked on.
Not only my store but all the stores in that mall constantly gets robbed, who’s in charge of security now? Is it the shop owners or the persons in charge of the mall?
Why these people keep on passing the main gate with their mask on?
Regardless of us getting rob we still have to pay rent, and how much % of our earnings we should pay for that shop?
I’m just doing the best I can in the meanwhile, I don’t want to be bothered about these issues. Regardless there are going to be the loyal people coming in the mall without any mask and they’ll support the shop owners so we can pay the mall owner. Everyone smiles, but who’s smile is bigger?

All I can say is – let us enjoy and appreciate what we have here at this point in time and hope that GR will continue to be a progressive marketplace. If it dies, it will affect many decent authors’ livelihood. So it is better we don’t wish it.

Honestly, to me it sounds like the reviewer is not familiar enough with print work and doesn’t understand that .25 gives you .125 all around… or maybe they just made a mistake as a major oversight.
I was thinking along the same line here, but I also believe otherwise. Therefore shortly after I posted this thread I opened a support ticket hoping to get some other help. As I said before the reviewers that were here before even though sometimes very harsh they actually made sense and gave recommendations.
Thank you PuneDesign for you response. However my document is already set to 4.25*6.25 so I was wondering what the reviewer meant. Obviously there has been some misunderstanding with the reviewer.
They have some policies now that you should not resubmit without changes. I know my file has been set up properly but I don’t want my account to be suspended.
Happy Earthstrong!
For almost a year now I have been submitting print templates to the flyer category with the same trim and bleed guidelines. All my flyers have been set to 4.25×6.25, allocating .125 inches at each side.
Today after my file was soft rejected a week ago I decided to edit and re-upload again. I waited 19 hours to get this message:
If you have .25” bleeds, the document won’t be cut to 4×6. You should assign .125” bleeds if you intend the trim to be 4×6.
I want to know what should be done. Plus it would have been better if the reviewer could have made some suggestions as to how it can be done as the amazing ones used to do before.
Is it that I should now set up my document at 4.125×6.125?
My new items sales are affected very much. I don’t even want to upload anymore. The flyers are getting worst and my new flyer that is very unique has gotten rejected yet I see very low quality and typical flyers getting accepted. I believe the original reviewers for the print template should have remain, those guys knew what they were doing. I see that even the established authors are affected by this situation.
