@salamagd I’m looking for the new feature to show ITEM RATINGS from the buyer through the item purchase code. Currently i can view the item purchase information from the purchase code. I just read ALL 13 pages of this thread, every single comment. And what I get from this is: this new API is a real PITA.
I’d like to disagree with you here actually. I sat down, planned out an integration I wanted to achieve and a few hours later, it was done.
Like Gareth just said, it’s a little limited, but it does what it says on the tin, and if you just bear with it for a little while, you’ll realise it’s not so hard at all!
Is anyone able to get the categories from Photodune, every other site works fine, with PD I only get 2 categories both called misc… are the categories on PD called something else in the api?
PhotoDune isn’t a category based site – instead it’s all based on tags, which is kinda annoying as you definitely wouldn’t want to try and find a way of calling in every single tag for a site like PD!
You may be best using the search functionality of the new API, if that’s possible, but off the top of my head, I think that may be your best option…

Hey everyone, sorry I’ve not been too active recently – I’ve had/still have exams at the moment, however in light of the new Support and API announcements, I figured I would update my own support system and more heavily integrate it with Help Scout.
The result is an integration with 3 APIs: Gravity Forms’ Web API, Envato’s API and Help Scout’s API.
I’ve written about my previous integration (which many of you still ask about, thank you!) and the new one too, so if you’d like to learn more about what I’ve done to integrate the services together, check out my new blog post.
