Thanks for all the advice here – much appreciated. It’s so frustrating sometimes, and they’ve not even bothered to reply to my email, yet they’ve read it (Help Scout tells me!)
I hate it when this happens
I’m not normally one to start threads about bad ratings or support (I don’t think?) but I got a new support ticket 4 hours ago from someone saying they needed support within 1 hour as they were demoing the site to a client then.
Do these people really leave building their clients’ sites until 1 hour before the deadline, or are they just making it all up? In fact, I responded to the ticket and the issue they mentioned wasn’t an issue at all and was just an option they hadn’t selected in the plugin’s options panel

Heya! This time, I interviewed community member, Cosmin Cotor! We spoke about his work on Envato Market, and about his latest project, Placeder.
I’ve been a member of Envato since 2008, when it was called “Eden”, and Flash was still alive and kicking. I signed up to become an author, so I’ve been one ever since. While Flash was slowly dying, HTML and CSS evolved, and so did most of the browsers (except the one I shouldn’t mention… IE…) allowing users to create more interactive websites.
