@wahkeenasitka – you have to know that a little change for you it’s ok for an author, but if there are 10 customers with 3 little changes for every one of them + 5 questions from half of them you will see that it adds up, and maybe, just maybe, takes the best out of a person. belive me some times i cannot handle them all!! And i cannot go to sleep if i still have mail that need to be answered i answered all of them now and i can say that i am pleased that we have happy cusomers.

We are not obliged to offer support, but do it. BUT i would also love if all the customer question would be real issues and not something that has been covered in the tutorials, something that has a simple setting in the themes panel or something that wordpress can/cannot do. The real issues are 20 – 30% of the support queries. Pretty slim if you ask me

I’m using FreshBooks for over a year now and I’m very happy with it. It does all I need income/expense/time tracking.

You can see this category as items that are plugins for other scripts. So the items you post in this category won’t work standalone.

I get a lot of questions for modification to our scripts and I can’t handle all these request because I’m busy with a lot of other things.

Therefor I want to make an article on my support.sitebase.be website with contact information about developers that are interested in these kind of jobs. You can choose your own price and I don’t need any commissions on these projects. I just want to see my clients happy.

You can send me the questions if you want. PS: I’m more a developer than a designer.

I used to include the plugin zip into the download zip but like metioned above: you’ll get a lot of support messages from people that say your plugin is broke while it’s alwasys clearly stated in my documentation that you always need to extract the zip first.

So now I’m using: download zip = plugin

Also I don’t think that it’s a problem that your documentation file is included in the plugin. This way you can link from your plugin settings panel to your documentation file.
