Basically now that we have this new licence we cannot use the items purchased with extended licence in our themes. However my question is:
If I ask the permission from the author and I have it in an email, would that be ok?
Depends. If you are taking out a large amount.. 700$+ Id suggest to use shift since it charges you 35$. For instance if you withdrawn 1000 with paypal you will get charged: 1000×0.05 = 50$ instead of 35$.

What you could do is submit it with some copyright images. If its good enough they will comment on the copyright images instead of the design (sorry reviewers lol)

And then look at yours. You have a lot of padding and font issues. The best thing you can do is to try to intimate designs that you like, taking pieces from different designs and modifying them to create your own. You’ll need to change the designs drastically if you want to get approved.
I think is good in general but take a look at the fonts. In some parts you are using a too big size. Also don’t use times new roman lol, try to use some free fonts from Google

If you are talking about the sheriff badge basically it works in 2 steps (I think). You can report some file that has a copyright breach (like the design is copied from another author or something like this). The firs time you do it you get the silver badge and it lasts only 30 days, the second time you get the gold one and lasts forever (I think).

I’m asking this since all the page views of my files drop to 0, including the WP i just released 2 days ago, it shows that I have 0 page views.. but I sold 17 of them so.. haha
