We got a rating from an user who didnt read the instructions and gave false accusations so we wanted to reply to him explaining what he did wrong, but we have no way of doing so. We cannot comment on the rating and his page doesnt have contact form… What should we do?
Its the second month that I have sent some of the earnings to another SWIFT account and I dont have it saved in the settings, how can I save it or retrieve it?

Description: We are seeking a new support staff to join our ranks. Initially you will be required to work 1-2h a day, maybe 1 day in the weekends too depending how busy we are. If you do a good job we would also need somebody to work for us updating the current themes with new features.
We will provide a free copy of all our themes for you to study.
- Fluent English
- Good Communication Skills
- Business etiquette when communicating with customers
- Excellent Wordpress knowledge
- Good knowledge of PHP/JS/Jquery/HTML/CSS
- Patience, loads of it. You will need it for the customers
Initially you will be working alongside with us to get you familiar and so we can provide support if you need it. The support will be dealt in our support forum

A year or so late but nice move. Just please think about the UX properly, the last thing we want is to have an horrible UX design and being even less usable than the desktop version on mobile.
