A year or so late but nice move. Just please think about the UX properly, the last thing we want is to have an horrible UX design and being even less usable than the desktop version on mobile.

Well he did give a comment, but its total rubbish. He said we arent using H1 tags and the page builder its not customizable enough… There are h1 and h2 tags in all the pages and the page builder has more than 20 blocks… wtf
Ok I generally don’t rant on this kind of things but this is [language removed]. We just submitted a new theme and somebody who bought it and found out its not Google 2 give us 1star. Normally I wouldn’t mind but since the theme is just out, even if we get 2 five stars we will still get 3star overall, making it look quite bad.
So my question is, have you ever asked at support to be able to remove a rating and it was granted? Is there any chances of this?
