Alright I added a sub folder called Extra Content which contains the actual .ai files along with a short help file Thanks for your response.
My current Project features about 20 Flat Icons for a Tablet Scene and I added them as .png files in a sub folder called Elements. Could reviewers reject the project if I would not include the .ai files or transform them into shape layers inside after effects? Or is there a way to show them that I created all of these on my own?
I asked the support about this matter few days ago. Hopefully it’s ok to quote Shanes response here.
Thanks for taking part in the Most Wanted.
If your item is still in the review queue after the thread is locked don’t don’t worry about the forum link. We will wait a week to make sure any held/resubmitted items are processed before establishing the full set of winners. As long as your item is uploaded before the close date & you’ve completed the entry form you will be eligible for a prize!
You will be fine. They go by the submission date and not the approval one.
I like the overall look but I believe that the animation is way too simple here. Most of the Typography comes in with a simple fade while the rectangles have only some changing scale / size values as their animation set. What I believe is supposed to be a placeholder for a logo ( I am talking about the Stone Lower Third Text Layer) is also pretty simple the way it comes on screen. But that’s just my Opinion
Not entirely sure if this company is popular enough but as mentioned above I am gonna share it though
This is where the Item has been used: http://www.csio.com/ksu-broker-perspectives-on-technology

Like any other file you would want to add into an after effects project. File > Import > File…
There are tons of similiar file types on videohive already and yours doesn’t bring anything new to the table. Thats probably the reason why it was hard rejected.
We can’t help you if you don’t include the preview video in your post which can be uploaded to e.g vimeo.
1. If your project represents the current standards on videohive you will probably receive a soft reject.
2. Probably the same since a help video should contain at least subtitles to make it easier for buyers to follow up the customization process.
