Even for a PSD template? Maybe not a technical issue if you were supplying a ready built wordpress theme but guides to layout changes for responsive designs must be helpful for a client buying a psd theme.
But is it not also about showing the design and layout changes of a responsive website – not just providing the assets? I have the same question as JSN5 and was in the process of mocking up an iPad and iPhone sized version of my templates.
Thanks Jerrypro. I realise most of these points are common features, though having several profiles showing galleries with zoom in feature of the image isn’t on EVERY template.
Thanks for your reply though!
I was wondering if you could help me. I’m looking for a wordpress theme that has the following features :
- customisable online shop
- it’s for a tattoo site, and they will have 8 tattooers. Each tattooer have own profile (similar to Iphotos so there are folders on each persons page i.e. backs, arms, legs etc.( scroll around folder and they pop up) when you open “backs” folder you have all the photos you can click on or scroll through, then you can roll mouse over the picture to to zoom in and look at the detail.
- Showing pictures of the tattoo studio
- option to add GoPro videos
If anyone can suggest something themes along those lines, I would be very grateful!
Thanks for the posts guys. Thought it sounded too good to be true! Will make sure I have rights or create my own.
This is a revelation! Thanks Artzone13!!
So are you saying, you can use any image you like in the demo as long as it’s credited and not supplied in the download? WOW! Really? Thought you would need the rights to even display in the demo?
Hello fellow TF authors!
I am designing a music press website I want to submit to Themeforest and would like to make it look as legit as possible by using CD cover artwork from various artists. I’ve done a bit of research and it looks like this isn’t possible rights wise. Does this mean I should mock design the 30 – 40 artist CD covers myself?
Any other suggestions from seasoned authors would be appreciated!
Is anyone else having trouble when viewing updated article templates through the preview app? I have updated the css but it seems to be caching the old version. I’ve tried logging out and back in again, clicking on different articles and “Refresh Publication” – none of which is sorting the issue. Loosing a bit of time on it and don’t have much left!
I found closing the app completely and then restarting it was sometimes needed.
It’s a bit of a pain — hopefully something they fix up at some point.Cheers, Eric
Yeah, had tried that with no luck. Thanks though Eric, will keep trying and hopefully see the updates.
