This is 5th email I’ve received from ThemeForest authors where I have purchased their themes. I’ve never signed up for their emails and I’m getting sick and tired of being spammed by authors where I have purchased their templates. There needs to be a policy set in place or some kind of action taken on these authors who blatantly are against can-spam compliance.

Here’s a copy of the email I just received, no opt out link, no address where the company is from, and I never signed up for this crap. Should be banned in my opinion for unethical business practices.

Whatever your point is, it is NOT COOL in my opinion to call someone out in the forums by name like this.

Sounds to me like you don’t need a feature with all that success… Features seem to be given to up and coming authors who have growing portfolios and could do with a bit of extra promotion.

Would a feature really benefit you?

Promote promote promote. I see you don’t even have any Twitter, SoundCloud or Facebook links on your page so I would get that set up. Also, you don’t have any corporate motivational stuff in your portfolio, which is the big seller here in the jungle, so I’d start writing some stuff to fit in that category. One last thing, your track descriptions are extremely short and they are very important, 1. For the search engine and 2. To tell people why it’s such a great track and what it’s suitable for. You’re trying to sell stuff here so you should really make the effort with these things.
