Oh forgot to mention, you can do this either way, have it contian within your content, or a popup of sorts, its not really a popup just a overlay..
Also one thing that I have not got to was killing the sound when killing the overlay, the flash keeps on playing, you may run into this as well, I am a novice with Java, but I think the only way to kill the flash in this scenario is through java.
If someone else knows a different way, please let me know, I do have a half of a thought to pull in the CSS into the flash file and maybe figure out something that way, but I am not sure that will work….
You can achieve this with either pure CSS or CSS and Java, do a google search for “CSS Popup” and I am sure you can find some tutorials. Here is an example of one that I did (click on the tv screen on the right that has DreamScape presents and a Flash Video will pop up with a transparent overlay of the rest of the page…) Click Here

I live in the US as well, and normally it takes 2-3 business days for my paypal to bank transfer (and sometimes up to 5). That is why I got the debit card, so if I needed it, I could get to it without the wait, then I found all the benefits…
Do you have a paypal debit card? For one, you do not have to wait for a trasfer to your bank account, use it just like a credit card, or withdrawl $400 cash daily, depending on your needs.
And the second reason, get cah back on credit card purchases (not debit card purchases, you always have to tell the cashier to run it as credit). I believe I get 1.5% cash back. So I have Paypal set up to access my bank account and I pay for everything with my PayPal Debit Card, that cash back adds up real quick, espeacially paying all my bills with it.
Anyway, hopefully you have a paypal debit card (if not, it takes like 7 to 10 days to get one) and you can pay for what you need by credit card…
If you dont have one, I suggest requesting one, though it wont help you with this particular instance
jscheetz has the right anwser for ya…
Template sites are known for promoting and giving free hosting (6 months – year, knowing that you wont go through the trouble of changing after that). Anyway my question is, can I advertise as part of my package/template, free hosting?
