It would be up to each author if they wanted to remove these kinds of posts and if they consider them spam. It’s a simple process of flagging them and letting us know why. We agree that if authors are only posting GLWS messages randomly in a futile effort to increase clicks to their profile pages, that is definitely spam and will be dealt with accordingly. But surprisingly enough, there are authors out there who are genuinely excited about your new items and would like to wish you success in your sales
I think some really author that has been excited about some works should write in some other way, like “seriously good job seriously GLWS and really great design dude, I mean it, really! I really love it, but if you want you can flag it or I flag it for you as you wish. P.S. This is NOT spam”
Maybe reviewer changed the status of the item to hidden for some reason, bug fix etc. or maybe author deleted the item.
Well personally I don’t think there’s an absolute right answer here, We should just see which one is the better fit based on our circumstances.
Studies showed that the screen area on the top-left is more difficult to reach, The following image should give you a better grasp:
But placing the button on the top-left would maintain the user experience and provide consistency as many other famous apps such as YouTube, Evernote,... are using the same pattern.
For the Call Button, Even though placing it at the top would draw more attention to it, Doing such is not alright from UX perspective and it should be placed at the bottom.
I believe you are referring to “White Rock Restaurant & Winery Theme” , You should know that this is Themeforest Public forums, For such questions it’s better that you contact the author. You can find different ways of getting in touch with that author here.
With that said, Most of Themes provide their Demo Data so that you could easily import it and get the exact same version as the Demo Website, This would definitely help you setup your website faster.
I’m gonna go off the road here saying this is simply not possible even though the idea is good.
There is no obligation that the author would actually provide quality support or even any support for that matter. The author can simply close account or stop answering customers and there is nothing anyone can do, Because let’s face it, This is the Internet, Now the customers are furious and the Themeforest just lost reputation.
Wow! Impressive. Congrats.
