The video plays too fast. I can’t see anything.

Most likely, your hover events are bound to the items in your main nav. So, when you hover over “Item #1” it’s subnav shows. When you move the mouse from “Item #1” to “Sub Item #1” the mouse leaves “Item #1” and the hover-out event fires causing the sub nav to close.

If this is the case, you either need to move the subnav so that it’s inside the element that the hover events are bound to OR add some logic to the JS to ignore the hover-out if you are hovered over the subnav.

If you can post a link to a live example or slow-down the video I’ll be able to help you more.

Good luck.

Thanks for the answer. I have no idea of JS. But I slow down the video.

You can see that on the video most of the times I can go to the Sub Menu. But in real life I can’t.

Hello CodeCanyon Community,

I’m having a lot of problems with my menu. Can you help me?

Here’s a video that I show the problem:

http://tu.tv/videos/menu-glitch

If the resolution is very poor, I can try to explain a little bit of the problem.

When I roll over the “Gallery” tab, the submenu drops down, but when I try to select one sub menu tab, the submenu disappears!!

Can you help me?

Thanks!

Sorry for my English, Santiago.

UPDATE :

It was made using HTML / CSS3 and JS

What does the buyer mean by .PNG transparency? He wants a high-resolution .PNG of the object, with transparent background? Did you provide such file in the .ZIP?

The buyer tells me this:

because you it comes as a transparent PNG … it doesn’t. Please email me the transparent PNG file.

But I revised the file and it was perfect!

Hi SPM , you probably already have, but just in case, make sure before sending anything, to first verify that he/she is indeed a real buyer.

Yes, I already checked that.

Hello,

A buyer that bought one of my Photo Frames, is telling me that my item doesn’t have a PNG transparency, I download the file, and the item was perfectly good. So, what I have to tell to my client?

Sorry for my English.

Cheers!

Is like the Fun Fact section, but general. I love the idea.

What do you recommend me? Sell single textures? Or packs of textures? And why?

Thanks.
