Most of the tracks that I’ve posted on my page so far have been priced at $18 but there is one track that is priced at $14, that particular track is just over 2 minutes long.
Your track was priced at $14 because the actual music, for all intents and purposes, stops on or before the two-minute mark. To be precise, the last note is struck at 1:54 and rings to about 1:58. A couple extra seconds of silence or imperceptible sound trail at normal listening volumes do not count toward item price, when such passages barely cross over a price point. This is why the item length/price was changed accordingly on your item. This is standard operating procedure for the review team.
Hope this helps! David
Yes he can. That’s his music and he can do with that what he wants except selling it on another marketplaces.
Really?ADG3studios saidI highly doubt that YouTube is his personal website. So, if the reason for posting the music is promotion or to generate sales, then it must be watermarked.
As exclusive authors, we’re not allowed to post our tracks unwatermarked on sites like soundcloud and youtube, etc, to link back to AJ. Those must always be watermarked. But if you have your own personal video on youtube, for yourself or friends/family for example, not for promoting your work here, you can use your track unmarked.
This quote from Adrien is indeed 2 years old. Things have changed a little bit since.
Although we do encourage you to watermark your tracks when promoting them on other listening platforms (Youtube, SoundCloud, etc.), this is no longer mandatory.
If you feel strongly about uploading your work to the these platforms without the watermark. we suggest you create slight variations in the music, so you can easily spot if a track was properly licensed.
These changes were put in place along with the new ‘personal music policy’ introduced back in July.

I’ve seen authors sell loops from their own tracks, is this possible?
No, this is not possible. The items you linked were approved before the current rule was put in place.
If you find any further items that might break the rule(s), please forward the links to email@example.com – any help is appreciated!
Hi Andrew, in this case, you will need to include the shorter loop version to the already approved track, using the “Edit” tab. Don’t forget to update your description accordingly, as per our requirements.
