I think you misunderstood my meaning of “evil” in my original post. My meaning was, if someone gets hard rejected and posts about it here in the forums, there’s a trend to somehow “belittle” the person for doing it. “Hey, if you don’t like it, go somewhere else” This is an attitude I’ve heard from some of my fellow countrymen to certain minority groups when they complain about something. Here at AJ I’ve seen this kind of post come up again and again, it’s hardly an isolated incident – and I haven’t been here long. So obviously it’s an issue for some authors that needs more of an answer than “get over it” or “go somewhere else”. So again, I’m saying these people are not doing a bad thing by asking these questions. But the response they get is seems overwhelmingly negative IMO. Hope you understand now what I meant by “evil”.

Thank you for your clarification. I have no doubt that you understand what I mean.
Sincerely, Sinar

Awesome background Studio Etude. Musical family is a great way to ensure your musical skills are not washed away by other circumstances. Can hear in your words the passion for music and the heritage. I was blown away when I learned at around 12 that I had a long history of musicians on both sides of my family – except while I was a kid none of them (except my grandma) were alive. My Dad’s father (grandpa #2) had a pianola in his house that no one had played since his mother had died – always resented me playing it for some reason but when I learned the history of the piano it was a nice feeling. To feel like it was still being loved by the surviving musician in the dynasty (lol).

My mum’s mum – (grandma #1 to this day) was from Germany and very musical family. Without her I would have never discovered music at the right age. I have 10 year old son who would rather play xbox or playstation than play on Dad’s awesome musical rig. I literally would have never made friends as a kid if I had all these toys back then… Trying to expose him to music in a way he will come to like I did, but so far…I seem to be failing. :(

Music is the most wonderful thing man has invented – in my opinion. We are all so lucky to have this form of expression and AJ as an outlet. Viva musicians everywhere! Thanks Mr Etude.

My grandmother played the piano in the movie theater, she is very good at playing the piano (God rest her soul!), So for me and bought a piano :). And I have a daughter, she is studying music at the piano goes to the 4th grade, she, too, 10 years old :)

In 2 years old, my parents bought a piano for me and in 4 the first time I realized that it is possible to play :), 6 years old go to the music school, 14 graduated, 15 enrolled in music college …17 graduated it and entered the Conservatory, ...23 graduated from the Conservatory (with 18-19 served in the Army in the orchestra :)). Why I started writing music? In my family all in music education, beginning with my great-grandmother … Synthesizers from: Polyvoks (no VST, natural USSR), Vermona (GDR, Germany), Electronica, Unost(USSR).. many Yamaha (Pss & PSR), Roland JW-50 ( I like it too ), E-96, Korg M-1 & Fantom G8 … and maybe more I’m forget :) now I write on PSR-540, recently sold Fantom …

And from what I’m reading, people aren’t “whining” due to vanity reasons. People are rejected, given a canned response that provides no direction, then sit wondering what the problem was. They just want to get their item approved and hope to find a way to make that happen. What’s so “evil” about that and why try to make them feel bad about it?
In fact, no evil and no one wants! And this is important …. On the other hand, are well aware that new writers can be hard or something is not clear at the beginning of his “way”, but sometimes “groans” are heard from those who have already had to get used to this system …. And more .. Why do you need reviewer comments when you have such a “powerful weapon” as this forum and Sounclod account? And there is no “evil”, there is a desire to listen and help, in the end …. Peace be with you

I think that when we do a good job, it is in any case will contrast with the material that is heard inspectors. And the only way to raise the bar – is to raise the bar for itself in the first place. As for the “moaning” about the rejected tracks they have been, are and will be, because in trying to come to music people who do not have the experience, education, and sometimes the idea of ??it …. and only one talent is not enough
