However, I would follow everything Luke86 told. I would also increase font-size, it is so small and hard to read. +I would give it more contrast (grey on grey–hard to read) + increase a bit line-height.

Also pay attention to footer–spacings between text (copyright etc) on the left and icons on the right look different (on the right spacing is wider). And buttons “Read More” sit too close to the text, move them down a bit.

The circle icons thing you have going on needs sorting, they are massive!

The blue line under the menu, it sticks out further on the left than the right.

As a PSD template I would look at this and think that if I purchased it I would have to correct too many things in order to use it. Also looks like it would be a total pain to slice up and use.

I am a buyer of templates, not a designer or creator of awesome work but as a buyer I think you should know this… I, like many, only buy a template because it will save me time. If time wasn’t an issue I would certainly create my own.

People have purchased that in order to customise it and in many cases completely change the original into something more customised for their own requirements.

Appeal to the masses and create something polished & elegant. You will then surely get accepted and be on the road to success.
