16 days. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed as I am now if I got some reply from Support. Envato takes HALF of my earnings, literally thousands of dollars, right before holidays, on the work I did, and I can’t even get a reply on a support ticket on what happened to my money?
What kind of customer service is this?
It has been 10 days now. No reply to support ticket. I understand you are not in charge of it KingDog, but at least you are replying in a reasonable time, and as a staff member, I would be thankful if you can look into it.

I am looking for ways to provide customer support for my Themeforest clients in a self-hosted solution, perhaps by hooking up to Wordpress, but not necessarily.
I have googled a few (really liked Ticksy, but I am adamant on using a self-hosted solution) and found some on codecanyon, but I was wondering what services you guys use.
Any favourites? reviews?

How long might that take? We are still expecting our withdrawal request from last month to be processed and paid by mid-December. Waiting another month to get paid is not cool.

Hi. New to ThemeForest as an author. So I am slightly annoyed at the payment system.
On Nov 24, I set up Automated Monthly Payment withdrawl which stated that All Earning’s available at 30 Nov 23:59:59 can be withdrawn.
And when I check today I see that my request for $0.00 was being processed (didn’t take screenshot, sorry). But I didn’t have $0.00 of course.
After a few moments, I check the withdrawl history and I find this:
Obviously something went wrong with the Envato system. The minimum I can withdraw is $50 anyway, and I have a larger sum than that that I wanted to withdraw this month.
I have since cancelled my Automated Monthly Withdrawl and sent in a request to withdraw a single payment, but now I have to wait another month?
How does that make sense?
Can an Envato support staff help me withdraw my money this month? I would be very grateful. I am sure the system flunked out somewhere, and I cait wait another month (45 days!) before I can withdraw my money.
