Send the reviewer an email and ask for more specific points why it was rejected?

But how to ask a reviewer about details if I don’t know who it was?

Thanks again, now all is clear to me. I’ll do the changes. All Your suggestions are very important to me but do You think it is enough to not receive a rejection with the explanation that this is re-submission without any improvements?

Thanks a lot Manuelvega, I’ll try to make suggested changes. But I’m not sure if I understand all Your points:

1. 2ble pixel line looks fine but depend on the slider image to display correct (for this i prefer solid bg color).

2. Filters are plain

Could You please explain what You meant?

For the information:

Third rejection reason was that this is re-submission of the previous theme without any improvements. And this sounds very strange to me as I’ve totally redesigned all pages and add lots of new features and improvements since previous submission. To be honest now I’m confused what to do? Redesign all pages once again?

Hi,

After second rejection I spent full month to totally redesign all pages and today I’ve got 3’rd rejection. Is it really so bad? Should I totally throw it to the trash bin or is there still a chance to be accepted? Please advice, I would be very grateful for any tips what to improve.

If such a list of requirements ever arises that would be nice that the reviewer in addition to the standard rejection text also gave a point from the requrements not met. For example: Your theme has not passed point 5 and 12 of requirements list. That would save a lot of author’s time and frustration spent on guessing what is wrong with the theme.

Thank You all for Your help. Too bad to hear that the item was rejected, ehhh… I’ve posted a ticket to Envato’s Support asking them to re-send me the rejection e-mail.
