To be clear though, you are suggesting this as a courtesy and as a safety measure – you are not suggesting that legally this is a necessity? Afteral, if something IS licensed as usable for commercial purposes then that is as legally binding as is they had done the opposite surely – I mean the license is already granted.

If this is your customer’s existing site it would not be stealing, simply reusing the existing design. If this is not your customers theme then yes it would be stealing.

Turn it into a theme then – take an hour to copy and paste the html into wordpress format. It’s not rocket science.
I need a graphic – ideally a cute drawn character although a silhouette would suffice – a raster would be OK providing its a decent resolution – intended use is the web. Thanks
