My Idea For A Support System!

The support for items should be integrated into the envato website. For example each author has his own support tab for example: http://themeforest.net/user/ThemeProvince/support

This section would have a forum just like the marketplace forums but with a more support based system integrated or a ticket based system.

Then authors can set permissions based on whether the customer has paid for free or premium support (integrating the previous idea in this thread). This also allows Envato to monitor whether the author is providing support on time or not.

Support staff who work for an author can create an envato account and the author can assign that user to moderate their support forums and can also send out their salaries to their envato account maybe.

Those themes were produced before the rules were implemented. So stop :D As you can see when the rules were implemented I stopped using such words :P

I thought we weren’t allowed to include words like these. I have seen a lot of recent themes not following naming conventions.
