One of our client has been customized one of our theme and broken the responsiveness on product page, then he has sent a few screenshots of broken responsiveness to Envato support and we got our item disabled due to this reason.
The reviewer even not checked our live version’s product page since there was no issues there, even we have not recieved a prior notice.
It’s been 3 days and our item is still in the moderation queue….
We have sold a lot of copies, and we have a lot of active clients. We got a lot of emails every single day that why the theme has been removed on ThemeForest, they are really worried also clients cannot download the item etc.
Do you think it’s brutal to disable an item due to a clients screenshot? Even without checking the live version?

I don’t think it is an ethical behaviour to expose your conversation with a client.
Also you can google “accommodation london” so you will find studios, shared options that some companies offer. airbnb and other ones would be a bit expensive.
